  • Published Articles: All published journal articles and associated data remain the copyright of the authors or the journal, as specified in the individual publication’s license (e.g., Creative Commons license). By accessing these publications, you agree to abide by the terms of that license.
  • Whitepapers: Whitepaper content and design are the property of Null Scientific unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

1.3 Submissions

By submitting any content (including, but not limited to, manuscripts, comments, or feedback) to Null Scientific, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content on and through the Service.

You and Null Scientific irrevocably agree that the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
